We developed a brand film and a set of visual assets from concept up for an experimental bespoke skincare line with a twist of technology from Amore Pacific.
Custom.Me’s products come in pairs, so you can apply them depending on how your skin feels. Everyone’s skin has ups and downs-active and sensitive periods, and may need different types of care in each situation to sustain balance in every condition.
Balancing the seesaw
A full 3d animation shows a set of products in search of a perfect balance for your skin condition - visualized as balancing seesaw. We had few variations of seesaw and settled on a clean, minimal design.
Minimal color palettes maximum impact
Client wanted to bring out the main colors for each product group, yellow for sensitive and green for active period, while showing the technical expertise behind the product.
In order to highlight the main colors we kept everything else minimal and monotone. The main tone for the scene were soft grey and silver with metallic and glass textures, establishing a technical and refined tone that reflect brand’s unique experimental concept.

The brand features an array of products that target different skin concerns. Full 3D images were created for each product, with backgrounds that reflect specific concerns the product targets.
Transitioning from digital space to reality
Cusom.Me, takes personalized, curated approach on the matter through technology. Analyzing detailed surveys on your skin as well as lifestyle to find a match for your skin.
The second film is all about the customization experience, shot on a real life set. We created an abstract yet futuristic scene to reflect the technology that goes into analyzing the survey.
We wanted to give a somewhat surreal/refined feeling while transitioning space between digital and physical from set design and music.
